“As part of the mentoring programme, on the You’ve Got This! No Matter What! 6 Steps to Reinvent Your Life! Valerie challenged, encouraged and inspired me. She helped me reignite my zest for life and in just a few weeks I started horse riding after an 11 year break, I bought a wet suit and went surfing in the sea, as well as trying open water swimming for the first time! This was a huge step for me as after almost drowning as a child, I was nervous in the water, it felt amazing and liberating to face my fear and I enjoyed the experience so much.
I started a new job a year ago which was a significant promotion and although it has been a steep learning curve, the tools and techniques Valerie introduced me to have helped me develop resilience, self-belief and freedom from some of my previous mind set and unhelpful thought patterns.
