Featuring Cassie Footman, www.cassiefootman.com  our seventh Author of many to respond to our Book Donor Call for #SheReadsSheLeads, an idea sparked during a Mentoring Session between Valerie Dwyer and Meg Zanker, joined by Sue Williams.

Cassie is happy to support #SheReadsSheLeads, for International Women’s Day and beyond.  Donating copies of her beautiful ‘The Daily Choices Journal: Create the future you desire’ Cassie told us that the most important thing for her is to gift some books to those who will benefit. She explained that this journal has been designed to help you make choices towards what you want and away from what you do not want. It will help you to raise your consciousness and direct your focus and awareness to a state where all things are possible.

Cassie says:  “The choice is yours.. To say what you want yet behave like you can’t have what you want will ultimately cause you to not get what you want. Your beingness is critically important. You can choose to be self-imprisioned or you can choose to be free. Freedom is what I want you to have.”

Supporting Women Entrepreneurs too Cassie also donated several copies of her ‘Better Business, Better Life, Better World’ book compiled by B1G1, the Global Business For Good Organisation.

All books donated contain a personal and inspirational message from the Author to their reader. All books are lovingly hand wrapped and finished by members of Hucknall WI, with decoration and a different inspirational message on the outer packaging. Messages to give renewed hope and empowerment to women in need right now…

What is She Reads, She Leads?

She Reads, She Leads’ aim is to celebrate, empower and inspire women in communities through the gift of a book donated by female authors and publishers, with a particular focus on personal development, non-fiction books.

Partnering with the Hucknall branch of the Women’s Institute, female authors and publishers are showing their support for women in March by donating copies of their books to be wrapped and distributed within Hucknall WI’s community and (now) further afield .

In particular we want to reach women in education, business or who may be facing difficult times. In March we celebrate International Women’s Day, Women’s History Month and World Book Day, so when better to empower and inspire women….
